Operating Hours
We are currently operating under normal business hours for all departments. Our hours are subject to change. As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we have instituted proactive and preventative measures at our dealership to minimize the risk of potential exposure. In addition, we have several services in place that help provide peace of mind as we navigate this challenging time.
Vehicle Service
All service appointments can be made online a toyotaofhermiston.com/schedule-service or by phone at (541) 567-6461.
Outdoor vehicle drop-off is available. You can simply park your vehicle in our service parking lot and leave your keys in our drop-box. We just ask that you please call (541) 567-6461 to let us know you have dropped off your vehicle.
You don’t have to wait in the dealership during your service appointment. You have the option of reserving a rental car or taking a courtesy shuttle that can drop you off at your home or office until your vehicle is ready.
Vehicle Purchase
Limit time in the dealership by doing your research online at toyotaofhermiston.com – this includes pricing your vehicle, valuing your trade-in, and more.
Communicate with our team via online chat, phone, or email before arriving at the dealership to test drive or complete your purchase.
We can arrange for a Product Specialist to drive a vehicle to your home or office for a demonstration and/or test drive.
We care about the well-being of our community, which is why we are taking all necessary precautions for the safety of our customers and staff. As an extra precaution, we continue to have many hand sanitizer stations around the dealership.
