First I want to say my sales associate was Frankie and he did a great job. Frankie is in the beginning stages of his career, but he's kind, listened to my customer needs and wants. Frankie worked with me to get my requests the best he could...Most importantly to me, he is genuine. Rogers has a great reputation in our community so I already expected a professional experience. Once we found the vehicle that I liked, figured the financing, the paperwork went smoothly. If I had one not so positive thing to say is they tend to run higher on their used car pricing then other dealerships in the area (so I went new instead) . My wife loves her new Rav 4 hybrid, thank you all Rogers team.

This review is after several months in which our daughter purchased a Rav4 from Rogers Toyota (back in July 2025). You can tell the great positive impression we had with Rogers Toyota even after several months! I was very impressed with not only the professionalism of our sales representative, Al, but how he helped my wife and I setup our new Grand Highlander that we just purchased somewhere else in June 2025! Al went up and beyond in instructing us, on both of the vehicles, in making sure we understood the set up options - Al was knowledgable and willing to help - incredible service!

Purchased a pickup again from Rogers. Once again they do not disappoint. Hailey has sold me my last two vehicles and she is awesome. Customer service is top notch. By far the best and easiest buying experience I've had. Frankie was my sales professional, and immediately worked with me to find the vehicle I was looking for, and at the price I wanted. There was no pressure to buy, and the entire experience was extremely welcoming. Exactly what you would expect from a family-owned business... that they treat you like family. I'll never go anywhere else for a vehicle purchase, and I even plan on making the 30 minute drive to have my vehicle serviced here instead of the city I live in.

Absolutely worth the trip from California! I found the truck I wanted listed online by Rogers Toyota of Hermiston, OR. As I live all the way in Pomona, California, making the long trip was a big decision, but everything the team, and specifically Alex, said about the truck made the journey seem worthwhile. I'm thrilled to report that the trip was more than worth it! The truck was exactly as described. Glad I drove 300 miles to buy from Roger's Toyota! They had exactly the 2025 4runner I was looking for when Noone else did! They gave me more than I had asked for on my trade in! And a more than fair price for the new 4runner as well! Ray and Al had everything ready for me as soon as I got there so I could quickly turn around and head the 300 miles back home. Couple of small issues with the vehicle which are being taken care of quickly. That to me is actually when you really find out how good a business is, when you have an issue and experience how they take care of you! And these guys didn't hesitate to help make it right. Rest assured your time will be worth the visit.

An absolute amazing experience. My wife and I were looking for a new rig and ended up falling in love with a 26’ Camry XSE with the red interior.
